§ 114-2. Exceptions.

The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to any child 16 years of age or under who is gainfully employed or a bona fide student of a school of evening instruction or who is in attendance at a function sponsored by a religious or school organization or in attendance at a properly supervised Borough program during the time required to travel between the child's residence and place of activity.
