§ 114-3. Emergency provision.

Should an emergency arise which necessitates the presence of a minor child under the age of 16 years in any of the places as hereinbefore provided after the curfew hour established by this chapter, the minor shall have in his possession a note signed by one of his parents, guardian or duly authorized custodian, stating the nature of the errand, the necessity thereof, specifying the travel area and time the note was issued.
