§ 343-2. Definitions.

As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:

DOG

Any member of the canine species, male or female.

OWNER

The person or persons owning, controlling, keeping or harboring a dog.

RUN AT LARGE

Any dog off and not on the premises of the owner.

STRAY DOG

A dog having no known owner, custodian or identification.
