§ 67-13. Opening and closing hours.

No licensee shall sell, serve, deliver or allow, permit or suffer the sale, service or delivery of any alcoholic beverage or permit the consumption of any alcoholic beverage on licensed premises outside of the following hours: 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. on weekdays; 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. on Saturdays; 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. on Sundays, except that licensees may remain open until 5:00 a.m. on New Year's Day regardless of the day of the week on which it falls.
