§ 213-6. Enforcement.

A.
Officials. Police officers and such other persons as designated by the Mayor and Council shall, in connection with their duties imposed by law, diligently enforce the provisions of this chapter.

B.
Authority to eject. Any police officer or such other persons as designated by the Mayor and Council shall have the authority to eject from the park any person acting in violation of this chapter.

C.
Seizure of property. Any park attendant shall have the authority to seize and confiscate any property, thing or device that is used in violation of this chapter.
