§ 213-2. Hours; field closings.

    Except for unusual and unforeseen emergencies, parks shall be open to the public every day of the year between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. Notwithstanding the hereinabove, any confined area designated and clearly marked with signs by the Mayor and Council as a "dog park" shall be open during the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. from March 2 through and including November 1, and open between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. from November 2 through and including March 1. No one will be allowed in a park at any other time.
    B. 
    Any section or part of any park may be declared closed to the public by the Mayor and Council or their designee or at the discretion of the Borough Administrator, at any time and for any interval of time, either temporarily or at regularly scheduled intervals, daily or otherwise, and either entirely or merely to certain uses, as the Mayor and Council shall find reasonably necessary. "Field Closed" signs may be installed on any public park. Whenever a "Field Closed" sign is posted, no person or vehicle may enter in or upon it.
