§ 3-8. Tax Assessor.

In accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:9-146 et seq., the Mayor and Council shall appoint a Tax Assessor, whose term shall be four years and who shall practice and perform all duties in relation to the assessment of taxes as prescribed by law.
